Transfigure Photography ethos is to find the converging line between the world of film, fine art and commercial photography and bound all those agents together to cook up a dream and add it to a reality. I work with an idea, visualise it and create it. Transfigure Photography says as much about me than the name denotes. I have metamorphosed myself from a snapshot photographer to a professional photographer, photographing many different subjects, from seascapes, portraiture, to monster dump trucks.

Photography for me is walking hand in hand with film making, converging the demand for creative exploration and pushing the boundaries in liberating client’s realities to give their photo shoot a new perspective digitally.

I just don’t use my camera to take photographs I work, blend and arouse, still and moving images.

I'm available for commissioned work.

Seeking photo manipulation creative

Seeking photo manipulation creative

I’m a 3rd year BA photography student who is seeking a creative photo manipulator, to work with me on my end of term photographs.

I’m looking for someone who can translate my often rocky brief and who can go and create a photo manipulated landscape for my commercial vehicle photographs. I have my own ideas, but I’m willing to listen and let my mind set be transformed. My ideas, may appear complicated and often confusing, I want to give more than just a simple commercial photograph of a truck to clients, I’m looking at a story also in the background, which does not detract from the vehicle but compliments it. So basically I want fine art to meet commercial photograph in a landscape.

How will the end manipulated photographs be used?

My intention is to create a book of the final finished photographs, maybe of 20 pages, which will be given to companies who will let me photograph their company vehicles have the photographs printed and displayed at my end of term show at the university and at a London photographic exhibition in 2016.

If clients and curators wants to purchase prints, with monies raised I will go half half with the creative and who will be paid via paypal.

Whats in it for you?

I’m not rich by all means, I’m a mature photography student who’s studying photography part time for the love and passion, not for commercial gain, which may appear odd, but I enjoy art, and that’s what I want to promote the digital artistry.

I need to step up my game for my final year. Yes I can pay a little, but I will give credit where credit is due.

Whats the time frame?

I’m starting photographing commercial vehicles i.e trucks now (July  2015) ready for someone to be creative on them. I’m looking to work on a large canvas size and hope all the photographs will be edited  by January 2016 ready for printing. The final deadline is March 2016

Where can the creative come from?

I’m looking at using a creative from any country in the world who has internet connection, their own computer/mac photoshop/illustrator software and English speaker (not necessarily native English speaker). I like to see examples of work before I hire.

Here is an example of a recent photograph of a commercial vehicle

the truck needs cutting out and placing into a manipulated background, such as this one

or into a glass bottle

or as simple as this

fusing and blending together.

The landscape can be Fantasy, fairy, or as simple as a empty road, beach, glass bottle, light streaming backgrounds etc.
